This brass holder is designed exclusively for Gekkoso 8B pencils.
By placing a shortened 8B pencil that has become difficult to hold in the holder, you can use it all the way down to approximately 2 cm without waste.

The pencil can be securely fixed by twisting the body to tighten it. The surface is laser-engraved with Gekkoso's horn mark.

One of Gekkoso's best-selling products, the 8B pencil.
Because it can freely express thick and thin lines as well as light and dark tones depending on how you draw, it has been loved by many people for many years, from professional production sites to children's drawings.
There are many customers who happily show us an 8B pencil that has been used so much it is short enough to hold between their fingers, saying, "I've used it this far!" Every time, we received the feedback, "I wish there was a holder that would let me use it comfortably until the very end."

Gekkoso 8B pencils are made approximately 1.5 times thicker than standard pencils so that they do not tire your hand even when held for a long time. For this reason, they do not fit into commercially available pencil holders, and we have received requests for a dedicated holder for many years.
We wanted to respond to that desire. After many prototypes, we have finally completed a holder we are satisfied with.

The material is brass. The more you use it, the deeper its character becomes, and it gradually changes its appearance. The design is very simple and timeless. This is because the protagonist is not the tool, but the person who draws.
