Check availability on the studio calendar, then fill out the required information in the application form.
We will contact you with the results of your application (submission of a portfolio is required).
Your reservation will be confirmed once payment is received within one week of application.

If you are shipping your artwork in advance, please send it to Gekkoso Gallery Supplies with the artist's name or exhibition name on the shipping label, specifying a delivery time of 14:00–16:00 on the day of delivery. Please contact us in advance.

Please refrain from using installation methods that create holes thicker than a thumbtack (1 mm or more) or using strong adhesives, including double-sided tape.
The lighting fixtures become extremely hot. Please use work gloves or similar protection.

Due to limited space, please consolidate your packaging materials into two packages and inform our staff by 18:00 on the day of delivery. We will bring the stored packaging materials to you on the day of removal, but please note that they cannot be taken out during the exhibition period.

If you require assistance with delivery or removal, it is available for ¥2,750 (tax included) per day. Please indicate whether you require assistance using the form sent three months before the exhibition period.

We will ask for your exhibition details using the form sent three months before the exhibition period. Please reply within one month.
The creation of DMs is left to the artist. If you choose to create them, please email us the drafts before printing so we can check that the information regarding Gekkoso is accurate. (horn@gekkoso.jp) Printed DMs can be placed in the Gekkoso Gallery Supplies DM box. Please bring or mail an optional number of copies (up to 50).

Smoking is prohibited in the studio and all common areas of the building.
Artists are responsible for all sales procedures; Gekkoso does not handle sales on your behalf.
To prevent pests and rodents, please take all food and any trash generated during your stay with you.
Gekkoso staff will not be on-site.

Please note that music from the café may be audible in the studio.
The café may be open during removal. We ask for your cooperation in being mindful of customers.
